Moss Gray Photography is the collaboration of Meg and Keith - two photographers who have been working together for over a decade, with more than 50 years of combined wedding photography experience.
Based in the East Midlands, they photograph weddings across the UK, bringing together Keith’s decades of experience and Meg’s fresh perspective to create natural, thoughtful photographs that tell the story of each wedding day.

Meg has been photographing weddings for over 10 years, beginning her career while studying Contemporary Art Practice (Photography) at art school in Aberdeen.
Over the years, she has built her own photography business while continuing to work closely with Keith. His experience and mentorship have played a big part in shaping her approach, while her own style and perspective have naturally evolved alongside it.
For Meg, one of the best parts of the job is getting to know each couple and hearing their story, then being there to capture all the little moments that make their wedding theirs.

Keith’s photography journey began at around 12 years old, when a roll of black and white film sparked an interest that would eventually become a lifelong career.
His first wedding came eight years later, and what started as a one-off quickly turned into more than 40 years of photographing weddings. Along the way, Keith was honoured with a Kodak award for his wedding photography in the 1990s, back when every image was captured on film.
Although photography has changed considerably since then, his approach hasn’t. Keith has always believed that every photograph should have a purpose - looking for the moments that matter rather than simply taking photographs for the sake of it.

While they each bring their own experience and perspective, their approach to weddings is much the same: keep things relaxed, pay attention to the little things and photograph what is actually happening.
They love the mix of everything a wedding brings - the anticipation while everyone is getting ready, the nervous excitement before the ceremony, the big laughs, happy tears, beautiful details and, of course, the dance floor.
Rather than taking over the day, Meg and Keith aim to fit into it. They’ll give a little direction when it’s needed, but otherwise they’re there to observe, anticipate and capture things as they naturally unfold.
The result is a collection of photographs that feels like your wedding - not a series of moments that have been staged for the camera.
And while digital galleries are an important part of what they offer, they still love the feeling of holding photographs in your hands. They have been creating handcrafted wedding albums for their couples for many years, believing that photographs deserve to be enjoyed long after the wedding day is over.
Ultimately, it’s about creating photographs that take you straight back to how the day felt - the people, the atmosphere, the little details and all the moments in between.
